Marakana

Red Star Stadium is the official name, but Marakana is the name that is used by the fans throughout Yugoslavia. Its capacity is about 100,000, but with new sitting rules, it is expected to be about 75,000 to 80,000 approximately. In 1973, Marakana become the first east European stadium hosting the final game of the European Champions Cup when Ajax beat Juventus.
