Awards
In June, 2003 my site was entered in the ICON "Best of the Web" contest for insulator related websites. There were 31 sites in the running and voting was done by members of ICON. My site was voted second best in the "Outstanding Showmanship" category. The other voting category was "Most Educational" where I tied for eighth place with several other sites. The contest was organized and run by Bill Meier, the webmaster for www.insulators.com and creator of ICON. The winners were announced at the NIA National Insulator Show in Ohio on June 28, 2003.
