Here are the terms and conditions that I use when selling insulators. They have been modified slightly from what I use on my eBay auction pages.
I use Canada Post to send parcels unless otherwise requested, and I am happy to combine multiple purchases. Small parcels (up to 2.2 pounds) are sent airmail, while larger parcels are sent by ground service. I cover all reasonable packaging and handling costs. All items are packed with the utmost care. I have received enough insulators in the mail, to know how to pack them for survival. Canada Post uses Zone pricing, so me for exact shipping costs to your location. The postage and insurance is to be paid by the purchaser, at cost.
Insurance with Canada Post only covers loss of the package, not damage. Insurance is optional and the cost will be quoted upon request. Sorry, but I can't accept responsibility for your purchase once it enters the mail system. International shipments sent by ground service, automatically have $100 of insurance on them. Additional insurance is available.
When sending payment, please identify the item(s) you are buying. This makes it much easier to match payments to items. I will ship your parcel as soon as payment is received, or confirmed.
I will accept the following forms of payment:
Please note that I DO NOT accept the following:
If the item is not as represented or you are not happy with it for some reason, you may return it (within 10 days) at your expense for a refund of the purchase price. Please contact me before sending anything back.
