What's Not New on the Site (2005)
November 21, 2005
- Added a new Mexican CD 162 to the Foreign lists today.
- Added a new CD 1052 No Embossing to the Spools list today.
September 20, 2005
- Several new pictures have been added to the Radio Antenna (Strains) page.
- Finally got the final style of the Pyrex 12" strain.
- Updated my Want List page again.

- Added another new country to the Foreign listing - Brazil!

- Added a new page called "Why I Like Australian Glass Insulators".
- Added another Polish insulator to the Foreign listings. New and updated pictures online now!
- Updated the information on one of my Aussie non-glass pieces. I just found out it is a screw-top style!
(left-hand thread which is why I could never get the top off before!)
Added some new pics of these pieces too!

- Added a new set of icons to the Foreign listings to highlight unlisted insulators.
- Added a few Crown Jewels back issues to the Sales List!

- Added a bunch of new pictures to the Foreign listing pages.
- Updated many of the group photos on the Foreign page.
- Added a new country to the Foreign listing - Finland!
- Added a new "Goodyears Patent 1865" Ramshorn to the Non-Glass page.
May - June, 2005
- There were some updates done in May and June, but I inadvertently deleted the update info from the main page without moving it here first. OOPS!
March 10, 2005
- The majority of the site update is now complete!
- Installed a new Javascript navigation menu to replace the old Java menu system.
- The new menu blends into the overall colour scheme and design much better.
- Virtually all page formatting and appearance control has been centralized in a common style sheet.
- Converted all former Java functions into Javascript and DHTML eqivalents. Eliminated all Java compatability issues.
- Still working on some new cosmetic features for the site.
February 28, 2005
- Major update throughout the site!
- Completely new colour scheme, style and look!
- Added new or updated pictures all over.
- Fixed a bunch of broken photo links.
- Added a new navigation solution for people with Java impaired browsers. GONE!
- Removed the "Featured Insulator" section. It wasn't getting updated often enough.
The Previous Featured Insulators are still available from the navigation menu.
- Added a new page under Information / Auction Information specifically about Online Auction Deals with Canadians.
- Converted a number of the smaller pages into popups.
- Converted a number of long pages into multipage documents.
January, 2005
- A major site renovation is under way! Please check back for the completed project!
