Though I've played this type of deck before (Red/White Burn), the deck you see above has not really been tested. Any experienced player can quickly spot some improvements that could be made, but the fact of the matter it that I don't own all that many cards, so I have to make due. A fourth Lightning Bolt and some more Incinerates would give you a lot of quicker damage. If you have the money to buy Plateaus, they would make a tremendous difference in the deck as far as speed in concerned. The Thunderbolt would be one of the first cards to go, it just plan sucks. If you've got an extra Wrath of God, you might want to stick it into the sideboard instead of Retribution of the Meek. Speaking of the sideboard, if it weren't for the fact that all most of my Disenchants are being used in another deck, I'd have a couple of them in there instead of the Divine Offerings. A Shatterstorm might be another great card to take care of some major artifact problems and you don't have a Null Rod.

Note : If you don't have the cards to put this together, don't worry about it. A half Burn / half Creature deck works pretty good too, just remember to take out the Wrath of Gods. BTW, I don't actually own two Dwarven Holds, I only have one. I do have a Bottomless Vault, however, and since the X in a Fireball can be of any colour, who cares!

Another note : Many people follow a "one third mana" rule for their decks. I've always thought that it wasn't enough. This deck contains 22 mana, which is roughly 37%. If you find that you're having trouble casting your big spells don't be afraid to toss in a couple more land.
