Employers build a job profile based on the skills and
experience that an employee would need for the job, and
that profile is matched with profiles entered by job
seekers (over 60,000 employer profiles have been entered
in the ELE so far!).

Resource Office for Employers in Ontario
A free site developed by HRDC, it contains information
designed to help employers manage the human resource side
of their businesses.
The National
Graduate Register (NGR)
For Employers
the NGR is a high-traffic World Wide Web-site catering to
Canadian candidates, recent graduates and employers. Sign
on as an employer user of the NGR and you will get a free
company profile posted on the site. Using the NGR, you
get to enter the search criteria you deem crucial for
your available position: education, skills, experience,
aspirations.
WorkInfoNet
WorkInfoNet is an internet directory that provides useful
information on different aspects of the labour market. It
is about helping Canadians connect to the resources they
