Programs and Services
Representatives of the Ontario agricultural
industry and HRDC have agreed to cooperate and
consult in the development and implementation of
appropriate measures to resolve identified human
resource issues.
- The Canadian
Labour Force Development Board
The Canadian Labour Force Development Board
(CLFDB) is made up of partners from business,
labour, education and training, and the equity
groups (women, aboriginal peoples, people with
disabilities and members of visible minorities),
working together to develop a highly skilled
Canadian workforce that contributes to the
well-being of Canadians and a productive and
prosperous economy.
- Human Resources Investment Partnerships:
- Local
Boards in Ontario
Local Boards are a partnership between Human
Resources Development Canada, the Canadian Labour
Force Development Board, Ontario's Ministry of
Education and Training, and twenty-five
not-for-profit corporations - the Local Boards of
Ontario.
- On-Site
On-Site is an industry-government partnership
that provides job experience to unemployed
professionals and helps employers address key
challenges of the '90s. On-Site is sponsored by
the Alliance of Manufacturers & Exporters
Canada and supported by Human Resources
Development Canada and participating Canadian
employers.
