Las Cymru
The official length of the Lon Las
Cymru, the Welsh National Cycle Route, is about 400 kilometers. This is
the distance from Cardiff to Holyhead, but there are alternative routes
on offer such that you could travel in one direction across Wales along
one route and then come back again using alternative routes and most of
your return journey would be different than your forward journey

This route is just one of a few combinations
you can choose when biking across Wales. There are routes that start in
Chepstow for instance. The map to the left is interactive. Click on it to
get three large scale maps (North Wales, Mid Wales, South Wales).
Walking In Wales
Biking & Hiking in Sudbury,
Ontario.
In the last couple of years, biking/walking trails have been developed throughout
the city. There already exists a network of walking/skiing trails in the
Conservation Area and can be easily accessed from Laurentian
University.
