DO IT NOW
(NOT TOMORROW, BUT TODAY)

Whatever is worthwhile, to do or say -
That comes into our busy life each day -
We must decide upon, without delay,
And then devote our time for fun and play.

The mortal man to Now must make his vow.
The present hour, alone, the gods allow.
Before each day the Future takes a bow.
Success obeys the Everlasting Now.

Within the Everlasting Now we may
Remake our life, and mold it, like a clay.
Today is ours, to find a better way
To live; to love; to labour and to play.

The Future waits - the while our Past recedes.
The Now, alone, can furnish all our needs.
As the rich harvest comes from perfect seeds,
So man's salvation springs from noble deeds.
