Pandora 1999 ISBN:0-345-42238-4
Pandora is a very old vampire, she was "made" back in Augustan Rome. She finds herself sitting in modern-day Paris and starts to write down her history of her life as a challenge for David, another Vampire who is "younger" than she is and he is fascinated with her. She takes you along for the ride as she re-tells her story. If you like books about Vampires, then you will like this book.

The Mummy or Ramses The Damned 1989.ISBN:0-345-36000-1
Lawrence Stratford found the ancient tomb of Ramses the damned, but gets mysteriously killed before he can get the full story. The mummy of Ramses is shipped to his home in England, where his daughter Julie discovers that Ramses is really alive (he's immortal). They embark on a journey together and they wind up in Egypt, because Ramses wants to see if anything that he remembers of "his" Egypt is still there, and if Julie knows where Cleopatra is buried. He finds Cleopatra and Ramses brings her back to life. But it's not the Cleopatra that he remembers....it's something dark andhideouss, and it is after Julie. Will Ramses save Julie, who he is beginning to love? Or will he try and help Cleopatra, whom he has always loved? This is a great book! I love books about Egypt and mummies.
