Alana sits and writes a love letter to her husband...to help pass the time away, since he went off to war. She gets a visitor one day..and he brings her the sword her husband carried and tells her that he was a Lion..and that the King remembered him with honours. Alana is devasted...but goes on as she is a healer in her village and the people there count on her. Will she ever see her husband Agos again? Will she ever get past the pain in her heart? Very good short story! I have never read one before...and I really liked this one!

Reana goes to a slave market to buy a personal slave. There she meets Zareb..and knows that she is the only one who can tame him and make him perform. She buys him and takes him home. Will Reana make Zareb perform? Will they fall in love? Very good!
